Research is one of the essential component of the center and is a very important tool to scientifically analyze the burden of the trauma in the community. Unfortunately, and despite the fact the trauma is a leading killer in the country, our national output in the trauma literatures is very anemic. The trauma service with the inclusive trauma concept is a fertile ground for research that will reflect positively on the community and the public.

In addition, and as aforementioned in the introduction that the trauma surgeons are well situated in a position to identify the determinants of injury and to lead the development of effective injury preventive strategies in the community.

The inclusive trauma center will bring the real picture of trauma suffering to the forefront of the public awareness and will work in a harmonic concert with the policymakers and stakeholders to develop and implement the proven preventative measures. The trauma service with the inclusive concept will be a fertile ground for research and a great opportunity for the students.
